Guitar lessons, available in-home or at our studio in Long Island City, are offered at beginning-to-advanced levels. Motorhouse Music students acquire core skills like sight reading, technique, music theory, and improvisation through learning their favorite songs. Whether inspired by Bach or The Beatles, a basic understanding of these principles allows students of all abilities to acquire or perfect fundamentals while taking their playing in whatever direction they choose.
Motorhouse’s highly experienced teacher, Tony Calabro, utilizes time-tested exercises that result in fast improvement. His solid understanding of music theory and technique combined with his immersion in the contemporary music scene create a dynamic learning environment that works.
